FARGO — A man who is suing a popular downtown Fargo bar said he confronted staff about a bouncer inappropriately touching his then-girlfriend before security assaulted him.
The liquor establishment says it is not responsible for what it calls a “personal altercation,” claiming the customer called the bouncers racial slurs.
Colton Nobles of Crookston, Minn., testified Wednesday, Sept. 17, in Cass County District Court during a civil trial about the events surrounding the July 23, 2023, assault outside the Old Broadway. Nobles has filed a lawsuit against the bar and its former bouncers, Jalal Uddin Buckner, 21, and Jeremy Antonio Dalton, 35 , both of West Fargo.
