AN EXETER man is stepping up his campaign to crack down on the minty menace who’s been tossing York Peppermint Pattie wrappers along Route 85 after his roadside signs designed to discourage the dumper disappeared.

Damsell has built and installed two new heavy metal signs in locations just off the roadway that will be visible to drivers — and especially the litterbug that he claims has been improperly discarding the foil pattie wrappers for years.
