It’s no secret that Kalen DeBoer’s Alabama football teams struggle on the road . The Crimson Tide went 2-3 in true road games in 2024, and lost the neutral-site ReliaQuest Bowl.

To start the 2025 campaign, Alabama lost to a Florida State team it was favored to beat by two touchdowns in Tallahassee. Now, with its back still against the wall, the Crimson Tide will head back on the road after an open week, facing Georgia in Athens on Sept. 27.

During the SEC’s weekly media teleconference on Wednesday, DeBoer was asked what Alabama is doing to keep the road struggles from becoming a mental issue for players.
