Kayla Sessler is expanding her family once more.

The Teen Mom star announced she’s pregnant and expecting baby No. 4, her second with boyfriend Ryan Leigh , in a video shared on social media Sept. 17.

The new arrival will join the couple’s son Zyaire Jaxon Leigh , 18 months, as well as Izaiah Cole Alexander , 7, from Kayla’s relationship with Stephan Alexander and Ariah Jordynn Davis , 6, from her romance with Luke Davis . Ryan is also dad to son Zander Leigh , 9, from a previous relationship.

In the Instagram clip, Kayla and Ryan enjoyed a leisurely outing to a park with their kids as the expectant mom cradled her growing bump. From there, the group—who all wore coordinating white outfits—migrated to the beach, where the 26-year-old revealed her ultrasound as Ryan
