BOYNE CITY — The Elk Rapids boys soccer team has been having a season to remember.

After their 8-0 road victory against Boyne City (3-8-1, 2-7 Northern Shores Conference) Wednesday, the Elks collected their sixth straight win along with their fifth straight shutout. Elk Rapids gave itself a comfortable lead in the Northern Shores Conference at 9-0.
