ROCK SPRINGS — Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Megan Degenfelder views energy and education as “the two most important tools in lifting people out of poverty and achieving the American Dream.”

Degenfelder delivered the keynote address at the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce Membership Connection Luncheon on Sept. 11.

According to Degenfelder, if affordable, reliable energy and quality education are accessible, not only could people thrive, but committees could thrive, too.
