STERLING, Kan. (KAKE) - After going unbeaten en route to winning her first state title last season, Chelsie Brown is determined to run it back this year —and nothing's holding her back.

"I think my first emotion was like, 'Oh my gosh, I just won state. Like, I can't believe it,'" Sterling High School senior Chelsie Brown said. "It's really exciting."
