RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - RRHA decided to table the vote to transfer Gilpin Court into it’s non-profit Richmond Development Corporation on Wednesday night.

The decision comes months after back and forth from board and community members, as well as City leaders.

“I am in full support of the goals, I ask that you delay any vote until budgetary concerns are addressed, and government demands are addressed,” Kyle Elliot, board member, said. “For me to get to a yes I have to have the full application.”

Board members asked for the section 18 application back in April, when the discussion was first brought forth.
