INDIANAPOLIS — The fallout continues over comments made about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. This time, a post on Facebook left one Ball State University administrator out of a job.
Suzanne Swierc is the former Director of Health Promotion and Advocacy at BSU. A post on social media reacting to the death of Charlie Kirk drew outrage.
In the post , Swierc says in part, "If you think Charlie Kirk was a wonderful person, we can't be friends." Swierc went on to call his death "a tragedy" for his family, but also "a reflection of the violence, fear, and hatred he sowed."
By Wednesday, Ball State confirmed her termination.
