Even without attending the AI Conference in San Francisco, one thing is clear—AI is developing rapidly and far outpacing the regulations and legislation meant to harness it.

It falls then on tech developers and companies to take the responsibility to create safeguards and protections for the public, or those they would identify as "users."

But the most jarring reality is the effect generative AI has on children.
