A Douglas County horse therapy ranch that has helped nearly 10,000 children, adults, and veterans is just two weeks away from foreclosure. Sofa Ranch says federal funding cuts have left its 18 therapy horses, including longtime favorites Peace and Patience, at risk of being retired or euthanized.
