The two began bilateral talks at Chequers, Starmer’s country residence, on Thursday, marking the second day of Trump's historic second state visit — a first for a U.S. president. He spent Wednesday at Windsor Castle with the reigning monarch, King Charles III, and his wife, Queen Camilla.
