WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 29-year-old Watertown man is facing charges after allegedly leaving a three-year-old boy alone at Thompson Park.

According to the Watertown Police Department, they charged Thomas Tibbles with endangering the welfare of a child.

Police allege that Tibbles left a child alone at the park on July 2.

Tibbles was arrested on Monday and was processed. He was given an appearance ticket answerable to the Watertown City Court in October.
