HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - A Springfield man was arrested in Holyoke after crack-cocaine and heroin/fentanyl were seized in a Holyoke parking lot.

The Holyoke Police Department states that on Wednesday at around 8:20 p.m., officers were patrolling in the area of Elm Street and Appleton Street when they saw three people in a dark area of a parking lot of a pizza shop, which had clear “No Trespassing” and “No Loitering” signs posted.

An officer approached the suspects and spoke to them. Additional officers arrived and noticed a crack-pipe between one of the suspect's feet. At that time, 48-year-old Josue Mora-Mantilla of Springfield and the two other suspects were detained for trespassing.

Approximately 15 bags of heroin/fentanyl and several bags of crack-cocaine were found on Mora-Mantilla.
