The Trump administration is moving toward a deal that would hand control of TikTok’s U.S. operations to some of the president’s closest allies.

Donald Trump has repeatedly said TikTok helped power his 2024 election victory. Just today, at a press conference in the U.K. , he said “it helped me get elected.”
