Tight end production can be volatile, but Week 3 in the NFL offers a few strong streaming options — and one notable fade for games being played Sept. 18-22.
Start: Juwan Johnson, Saints vs. Seahawks
Johnson is becoming a red zone favorite in New Orleans, with multiple end zone targets already. His athleticism gives Spencer Rattler a reliable third-down weapon. Seattle has struggled against tight ends, making Johnson a solid TE1 streamer.
Other Locks:
Avoid: David Njoku, Browns vs. Packers
Njoku’s role is shrinking as Harold Fannin Jr. gains traction. He hasn’t topped 40 yards or seen red zone usage, and Green Bay has defended tight ends well. Without a touchdown, Njoku is unlikely to deliver.
