KENTWOOD, Mich. — Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian-American steakhouse, is officially set to open its first West Michigan location this month.

Located in the Von Maur wing of the Woodland Mall, the grand opening will be on Friday, Sept. 19.

Texas de Brazil is known for its churrascaria experience. This means there will be traditional Brazilian all-you-can-eat meals where servers, called gauchos, bring skewers of various grilled meats to your table and carve slices right onto your plate.

Guests can expect to enjoy beef, lamb, pork and chicken, seasoned and cooked over an open flame and served rodizio style.
