Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, the Polish Defence Minister, confirmed after a visit to Kyiv that the agreement - which focuses on cooperation between the ministries of both nations - will be signed.
"We will sign an agreement on cooperation between the ministries, as well as on acquiring drone control skills," he said. "The negotiations will concern the development of joint industry initiatives.
