Feds charge 8 tied to 'massive' Minnesota housing stabilization program fraud

The federal funds were supposed to help people with disabilities find and maintain housing. Instead, those charged acquired information on eligible beneficiaries and then submitted inflated and fake reimbursement claims federal prosecutors said Thursday.
