Gabrielle looks ragged Thursday but that could change this weekend

Tropical Storm Gabrielle is still a rather disorganized system. Despite its ragged appearance, the winds are about 50 mph, primarily northeast and southeast of the center. Gabrielle could become the second hurricane of the Atlantic season by Monday.
