A flat has been boarded up following complaints of anti-social behaviour from local business owners and residents.
The property in Leek, Staffordshire , has now been repossessed following issues of drug use and criminality in and around the flat.
A closure order was granted at the address on April this year 10 which prevented anyone other than emergency services and agents from going inside for three months.
