ALLEN PARK — Detroit Lions rookie Isaac TeSlaa’s first two NFL catches have been attention grabbing.
The first-year wide receiver out of Arkansas has been targeted just twice through two games, but with each opportunity made a highlight one-handed catch.
The excitement surrounding TeSlaa and his future is already getting to Lions fans and players.
But for wide receivers coach Scottie Montgomery — while giving TeSlaa credit for two spectacular plays — there’s a key part of his game that’s missing.
