Anne Arundel County school bus drivers and aides have reached a tentative agreement with their employer, Student Transportation of America, avoiding a potential strike that could have disrupted student transportation.

Union leaders confirmed that the deal delivers significant pay raises and improved benefits, while also laying the groundwork for accessible and affordable health care, a central issue during contract negotiations.
