Erika Kirk has been named CEO of Turning Point USA, the conservative-youth organization founded by her late husband, Charlie Kirk , who was shot and killed last week. On Thursday, the Turning Point board announced via X that it had unanimously elected Erika as the new CEO and chair of the board. The board members claimed that they had conducted discussions with Charlie prior to his killing, in which he had expressed to “multiple executives that this is what he wanted in the event of his death.”
Erika has spoken publicly since Kirk was killed last Wednesday while speaking at an event at Utah Valley University. In a YouTube livestream on Friday, she said, “If you thought that my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea … you have no idea what you’ve just unleashed
