AUBURN — After its third victory of the season against South Alabama, Auburn football was clearly on the mend.

It entered the game with a few key pieces, running backs Damari Alston and Durell Robinson Jr., and defensive back Champ Anthony, sidelined. As the game went on, several more Tigers were taken out of the equation.
