SARPY COUNTY, Neb. —

A Nebraska man accused of biting and spitting at deputies will go to trial.

Anthony Wynn is charged with third-degree assault of an officer and terroristic threats in the incident.

According to court documents, Wynn made a threat toward a deputy, saying he knew where they lived. A victim told deputies Wynn assaulted them.

The incident happened near 142nd and Emily streets Tuesday.

Deputies tried to detain Wynn but they said he attempted to break away.

The deputy and Wynn became tangled, leading to Wynn hitting his head on the ground, causing him to bleed.

Deputies were able to stop the bleeding and arrested Wynn.

While in the cruiser, he headbutted the cage, bit a deputy's hand, and even spat on them numerous times.
