They were referring to the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, which used to be painted white and is now a shade of pale blue.

Since the 1990s, the RP Funding Center has hosted the FHSAA boys and girls basketball championships.

The Florida High School Athletic Association has announced it is relocating the championship to the CSI Companies Court at the University of North Florida beginning in 2026.
