A Scottish man has died in hospital in Edinburgh after a 'tragic accident' while on holiday in Turkey.

Thomas Murdoch, 24, passed away at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on Monday, September 15, following the devastating incident in Marmaris.

His funeral service is set to take place at Macduff Cemetery in Fife next month on Friday October 10 at 11.00am, reports The Daily Record.
