Northbound I-15 closed north of Brigham City due to crash

HONEYVILLE, Box Elder County — Northbound lanes of I-15 are closed north of Brigham City due to a crash, according to the Utah Department of Transportation.

Traffic cameras on Thursday afternoon showed what appears to be a semitrailer lying on its side, blocking all lanes of through traffic near 6900 North in Honeyville, Box Elder County.

Traffic is being diverted at the exit before the crash "and can immediately reenter the freeway," UDOT said in a social media post.

Delays of about 20 minutes are expected, according to UDOT.

Further details about the crash were not immediately available.
