For the first time since 2016, the Cincinnati Bearcats plan to “stripe the stands” for a football game at Nippert Stadium.

Like what the Bengals have done in previous years at Paycor Stadium, fans at the Oct. 4 game against Iowa State are asked to wear either red or black, depending on their section. Advertisement

The fans wearing different colors will present a “striped” look, with each section alternating between the two colors.

The time for the game on Oct. 4 has not been announced yet. Iowa State enters this week as the No. 12 team in the country, according to The Associated Press Top 25.
