A 60-year-old Manchester woman has died of injuries suffered after being struck by a vehicle in a Taco Bell parking lot Wednesday evening, police said.

The crash occurred around 6:40 p.m. at the restaurant at 1050 Second St., according to Manchester Police.

The woman, who was not identified by police, was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries consistent with being hit by a motor vehicle, police said.

Manchester Police say the woman was hit by a vehicle that fled the scene. Police identified the driver of the vehicle as 27-year-old Maria Camila Posada Canizales of Manchester.

A warrant was issued for her arrest Thursday afternoon on a charge of conduct after an accident (felony).
