Dustin McCarty, 44, is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections High-Risk unit for a parole violation on an original charge of indecent exposure to minors and adults.

According to Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities, Shorter is 5-foot-9, 155 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
