We have learned new information about the man taken into ICE custody outside of Hartford Superior Court Sept. 10.

Our camera was the only one rolling when agents grabbed Mauricio Castiano-Rojas.

It took ICE less than 90 seconds to take him down, and eight days to release information about it.

Castiano-Rojas was on the docket for charges including promoting prostitution and running a drug factory in Hartford.

But he never got inside the courthouse, swarmed by eight agents in the middle of Lafayette Street, something that’s still pretty rare to see here.

ICE told us he first entered the country illegally in 2007 and was returned to Mexico.
