A Helena man was sentenced in Lewis and Clark County District Court for felony sexual intercourse without consent and received 10 years in the Montana State Prison.

Jake Harrison Fuller, who was 42 when charged, accepted a plea agreement in May to one count after he was originally charged in December 2023 with three felony counts of sexual intercourse without consent.

The agreement noted prosecutors dismissed the other charges. Fuller received 20 years in prison, with 10 suspended. He was sentenced Sept. 10 by Judge Mike Menahan.

On Dec. 5, 2023, deputies were dispatched to Child Protective Services for a report of sexual abuse of a minor.
