"Two weeks after I opened, Willamette Week put us in their top 100 best businesses of Portland issue," Antony Vallopi, the owner of Type Space, told KGW.
On the shelf are about 25 or so typewriters to buy, with another 150 being refurbished or fixed, with every piece having written a story.
"It makes my writing more intentional because I don't have cut and paste, delete. I really have to think about what I'm putting down," Vallopi said.
