Miami-Dade County is teaming up with the City of Hialeah to crack down on illegal dumping. Officials said Northeast 150/4 Avenue has become overrun with trash. They said people have been dumping in the middle of the night. Now, the plan is twofold. One, clean up what's already there and two, keep offenders from doing it again.
