A flood advisory has been issued for Greene County as severe thunderstorms have soaked roadways and drought-ridden soils.

As of 6 pm, we have received 0.71 inches of rain at the Ozarks First Studio. This is more rainfall than we've seen in the last two months. While this rainfall will not be enough to reverse the ongoing drought, it is a step in the right direction.

The pattern to finish out this week looks unsettled, meaning we will have additional chances of wet weather over the next few days.
