SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department says they are currently fighting a very active fire on the west side.

Around 5 p.m., firefighters responded to the 10100 block of Figaro Canyon after receiving reports of a structure fire.

Officials aren't 100% certain, but they believe the fire started after some sort of "explosion" related to the vehicles in the garage.

No injuries have been reported at this time but one person was taken to a local hospital as a precaution.
