COWLEY COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - The Cowley County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after multiple reports of cattle thefts in the northwest part of the county.

Ranchers in Atlanta say the thefts began in early August and that nearly 60 head of cattle valued at least $120,000 have been stolen in total.
