Is Jude Law reprising the role of Mr. Napkin Head?

When the Holiday actor was asked if he would be joining the cast of the upcoming Apple TV+ reboot of the 2006 holiday classic, he couldn't help but have a bit of fun with his answer.

“I’m playing the grandfather,” Jude joked on the Sept. 18 episode of Today , before quickly clarifying, “No, I’m not. I’m really not.”

The 52-year-old explained that while he had heard about the limited series —which is set to follow new characters who swap their homes as Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz did in the film—he knew “nothing about it,” adding, “ Other than I don’t think I’m in it.”

As for how Jude heard about the reboot? He actually got a message from the original movie’s writer and director Nancy Me
