On Monday, several service workers in Maryland filed a formal complaint against handling contractor AGI Ground.

Nearly 100 workers are employed by AGI Ground at BWI Airport, and several have come forth alleging unsafe and unhygienic working conditions.

“We’ve been telling AGI about these problems for the last six years,” said Tyrone Daniels, a Spirit Airlines service worker. “And nothing has really happened. We need results and like right now.”

The complaint says AGI failed to provide accommodations for workers in extreme heat. Also alleging the contractor neglected to offer vaccinations to workers exposed to biohazardous conditions.
