RENO, Nev. (KOLO) -A defendant in the Reno High School vandalism case appeared in Washoe District Court today without his co-defendants.
18-year-old Wydler May was remanded to Washoe County Jail for 3 days after testing positive to cocaine in August.
He and his 6 other co-defendants were court ordered to be tested for drugs and alcohol before their case goes to trial.
May appeared before Judge Barry Breslow who made his decision on Monday September 15, 2025, during a status hearing.
“How’s it been in jail for the last three days,” the judge asked.
“Not Great,” May replied.
“It’s not supposed to be fun up there,” said Breslow.
