ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) - Rock Island police are investigating after a house and a car were shot in the Longview neighborhood Wednesday evening.

After getting multiple calls about shots being fired around 7 p.m., officers went to the 1200 block of 13th Avenue, police said.

Officers found several shell casings on the scene, police said and found a home and a car in the area had been hit.

Police said there were no injuries.
