ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Most fans probably didn't expect to see the Buffalo Bills tied late, but only four days after a road win, an AFC East rivalry matchup lived up to its historical billing.

A drastic momentum change followed a roughing the punter penalty, and the Bills capitalized with a game-winning touchdown drive to beat the Miami Dolphins 31-21 on Thursday night at Highmark Stadium.

Miami wasted no time scoring, marching 47 yards on 10 plays, capped by Ollie Gordon II's 2-yard touchdown run to quiet the raucous prime-time crowd. The Dolphins led 7-0 less than seven minutes into the game.
