COVINGTON, Ky. — From a lack of transportation to limited providers, accessing medical and mental health services in rural parts of Kentucky can be a challenge.
NorthKey Community Care is working to bridge that gap and take health care on the road, providing services to families in its mobile clinic.
Inside NorthKey’s mobile clinic, patients are welcomed with soft smiles and a medical provider ready to help.
Kelli Koors, longtime nurse practitioner, has spent the last three years running the mobile clinic and said services range on a day-to-day basis.
