Ohioans stay up later each night than most Americans, according to a study based on Apple data.
The average Ohioan goes to bed at 11:47 p.m., which is 10 minutes later than the average state or territory sleep time of 11:37 p.m., according to a study from the American Heart Association and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
The study, “ Life’s Essential 8 for Cardiovascular Health – Part 1, Sleep, ” compared nearly 17 million nights of sleep data collected with Apple Watch from 61,410 adults who participated in the Apple Heart & Movement Study. The data included participants from all 50 states, as well as Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.
