KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Hoppy’s Playground is officially open for parkgoers.

On Thursday evening at Coonskin Park, Kanawha County commissioners and the Parks and Recreation Department and Tourism Center joined together for the park’s ribbon cutting ceremony.

Officials said the new addition is designed to enhance recreational opportunities for families and visitors of all ages.
