President Donald Trump on Thursday floated the possibility of TV broadcasters losing their federal licenses over what he perceives as negative coverage of him, a day after Disney’s ABC yanked “Jimmy Kimmel Live !” off the air.

Speaking to reporters, Trump suggested that the Federal Communications Commission should revoke the licenses of broadcasters, arguing that many late-night hosts appearing on those networks are “against me” and that “they give me only bad publicity, press.”
