Nothing could prepare the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers outside linebacker for what he was going to experience with his infant child.

The 32-year-old linebacker has faced some of the biggest men in his life, but nobody would’ve thought that a small infant would be his kryptonite.

The free agent star showed that his reflexes are as good as ever when he and his wife shared footage from inside their home, showing them changing their newborn’s diaper.

His lovely wife, Jordanna, watched as Shaquil Barrett suddenly became disturbed by a noise coming from the young child. He would soon launch himself into the air and flip backwards just to avoid the baby poop.
