St. Martin’s was looking for its first win of the season on Thursday night against Patrick Taylor, and the two ended up in a thrilling back-and-forth contest that was decided in the closing seconds.

Both St. Martin’s and Patrick Taylor scored over 40 points each. Patrick Taylor drove 86 yards for a touchdown with one second left in regulation and decided to go for the win with a two-point conversion attempt, but the two-point play failed and resulted in a 42-41 St. Martin’s win at Hoss Memtsas Stadium.
